What the independent provider does

• Contacts the consumer when a routed request is accepted.
• Evaluates the property and determines the appropriate scope.
• Supplies its own credentials, proposal, price, schedule, and terms.
• Obtains permits and inspections assigned to it by law or agreement.
• Performs and stands behind any contracted field work.

What remains up to the provider

We cannot guarantee that a provider will contact you, offer a quote, or accept the job. The provider controls the visit, diagnosis, price, schedule, written agreement, permits, and work.

Consumer verification

Before authorizing work, independently confirm the provider identity, current registration or license where applicable, insurance, written scope, permits, price, payment terms, timing, and warranty.
