Publisher role

Marion Septic Guide is published by Demand Leads Media. The publisher provides information and sends each completed request to one qualified independent provider at a time. Demand Leads Media follows up and uses the next qualified provider if contact does not happen. It does not perform, supervise, inspect, price, warrant, or guarantee septic work.

Informational content

Website content is general information, not an engineering evaluation, property diagnosis, permit decision, legal opinion, or substitute for an onsite assessment by an authorized professional or public authority.

Service requests

You agree to submit accurate information about the property, authority, requested service, timeline, and contact method. Do not use the form for solicitations, job applications, competitor inquiries, emergencies requiring public safety response, or unlawful purposes.

What the request does—and does not do

A form confirmation means the website received the submission and will start the one-provider referral described above. It does not create an appointment or mean a provider accepted the job.

Independent provider relationship

Any provider is an independent business. The user and provider decide whether to enter a separate agreement. Verify credentials, insurance, scope, permits, price, timing, payment terms, and warranties directly.

No outcome warranty

To the extent permitted by law, the website and matching service are provided without a warranty of diagnosis, availability, price, work quality, safety, completion, savings, or result.

Links to government and other external sites are provided for reference. Their content, availability, and policies are controlled by their respective operators. Verify current rules with the responsible agency.
